Promoting health and empowering you to take charge of your well-being is the cornerstone of why I love being an Osteopathic Manual Therapist (OMT).  I have always been interested in healthcare and began my career as a Nurse.   I studied Nursing at Laurentian University and worked in disability management, specializing in severe spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation management, for several years after graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1997.  While this was a rewarding career, I wanted to focus more on health promotion and take a more active role in health rehabilitation.
